Brenda A. M. Wise is an attorney with experience in program design, court administration and policy implementation. Her passion for criminal justice reform led to the creation of Delaware’s first Community Court, first DUI Court and numerous statewide policies focused on alternatives to incarceration. As a young girl raised by a single and loving mother, who was surrounded by powerful examples of womanhood, she understands the need to continue to pour into youth who need to be reminded of their worth in this world.

Shann Bernard is a Senior Software Developer at Glossier, Inc. He is an Atlanta native and graduate of Morehouse College, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. He also holds a Masters of Software Engineering from Penn State University. When he is not writing software, he spends time with his wife and dog, working out, mentoring youth and seeking out investment opportunities. Shann is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Chanita Jones is the CEO and owner of Jones Kid International (JKI), a Black Owned, Woman-Owned business. She also serves as a manager of Presentation Technologies at Credit Suisse Securities in New York, New York. Chanita is a proud graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and Syracuse University.

Tania Barnett is a pharmacist at NYU Langone Health Medical Center who is a native of Long Island, NY. She attended Boston College where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Operations & Technology Management. After several years in Corporate America, Tania decided to pursue a career in healthcare as a pharmacist and obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Rhode Island. Tania is passionate about medical missionary work as she annually serves as a pharmacist for the St. James Jamaica Medical Mission team in St. Mary, Jamaica.

Bri’-Sha is a Chaplain Resident where she provides emotional and spiritual support to different faith backgrounds within the hospital setting. She was raised in the best boroughs Bronx & Brooklyn, NY, and graduated from Bloomfield College with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She also has her Master’s of Divinity degree in Psychology and Religion from the Union Theological Seminary of NYC. “One of the reasons why I gravitated to the mission of I AM BEAUTY Inc., is because I love that we are able to explore ourselves, believe in our capabilities, and strive for higher in the world.”
